This Programme is concerned with the development and accreditation of coaches in Hong Kong and operates at three levels. The first Level 1 course was organised in July 1991, Level 2 and 3 courses were initiated in January 1992 and January 1994, respectively. Each Level has four parts (A,B,C&D).
