Dear all,

I write to report that the HKHA Extraordinary General Meeting, held on Friday 11 June 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Hong Kong Football Club, 3 Sports Road, Happy Valley, was attended by representatives of 30 Member Clubs.   Two resolutions were put forward for Club Members' consideration.

The results of the voting were as follows.

Resolution A - Proposed Reorganisation of the HKHA
Result of voting - Five (5) For : Twenty Four (24) Against.  One Member Club not eligible to vote.  The resolution was not passed.

Resolution B -  Proposed Voting Rights in the Reorganized HKHA
Results of voting - voting not held due to result of Resolution A
