The Annual General Meeting of Hockey Hong Kong, China - Promotion & Development Section 2024-2025 will be held on Wednesday, 18 June 2025, at the Conference room, 2/F, Administration Block, King's Park Hockey Ground, 6 Wylie Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.

- List of Affiliated Clubs
Nominations are invited for the following posts
(For a term of TWO (2) years):
- Chairman
- Hon. Secretary
- Hon. Treasurer
(For a term of ONE (1) year):
- Committee Members (4 posts)
Valid nominations must be proposed and seconded by two (2) authorized officials of different Affiliated Clubs as stipulated in the current P&D Bye-Laws. Affiliated Clubs may submit up to three names as representatives, only one (1) shall be authorized to vote. The Convenors of Affiliated Clubs may submit to the Hon. Secretary of HockeyHKP&D with notice of any other business to be considered at the AGM. Such notice shall be in writing and shall be received by the Hon. Secretary of the P&D Section at least seven (7) days before the date of the AGM.
The nomination and attendance form must be received by the HockeyHK Office no later than 5:00pm on 11 June 2025 (Wednesday).
Affiliated Clubs are reminded that the entitlement of vote at the AGM shall be withdrawn if they have not settled the 2024-2025 outstanding fees and debts by 5:00pm on 11 June 2025 (Wednesday).
