HockeyHKMS 25-26 Circular No. 7 - Open Trials for Men's Junior Development Squad

Dear all,

The Men's Section will conduct an open trial for players to join the HockeyHKMS junior development A, B and C team. The team will participate in the Men’s winter league as a mid-week team (Players can play for both their own club and the development team). We are looking for players with good potential and strong commitment to the team.

Details of the trials are as below:

Dates: 21st August 2025 & 22nd August 2025

Time: 6:30p.m. – 8:00p.m.

Venue: Happy Valley Recreation Ground 

Coach in Charge: Mr. YU Chun Hin

A team requirement 

1.      Under 23 - HKSAR passport holders born on or after 1st January 2002
2.      Expected to be available for midweek matches
3.      Able to attend training on Tuesday / Friday 6:30p.m.- 8:00p.m. at Happy Valley Recreation Ground No.11 (Venue will be subjected to pitch availability)

B team requirement

1.      Under 18 - HKSAR passport holders born on or after 1st January 2007
2.      Expected to be available for midweek matches
3.      Able to attend training on Tuesday / Friday 6:30p.m.- 8:00p.m. at Happy Valley Recreation Ground No.11 (Venue will be subjected to pitch availability)

C team requirement

1.      Under 15 - HKSAR passport holders born on or after 1st January 2010
2.      Expected to be available for midweek matches
3.      Able to attend training on **Academy training time** . Outstanding will be invited to be training with the Junior Squad on Tuesday / Friday 6:30p.m.- 8:00p.m. at Happy Valley Recreation Ground No.11 (Venue will be subjected to pitch availability)
* Selected Academy players who age above 12 will be automatically selected to HKJ C

For administrative purposes, please provide us with the personal details by filling in the google form before 2pm on 19 August 2025 if you are minded to attend the trial session.

Remark:

1.         Late submission will not be considered
2.         Application is deemed as unsuccessful in absence of completed personal details
3.         Please note that all players MUST attend both trial sessions. In case you cannot attend one of the sessions, please provide us a reason.

The above personal data is collected purely for the purposes of facilitating visa applications and contacting you, should you be selected for the Junior development squad.
