Dear Club Convenors,

We have received 80 teams apply to join the Men’s Winter League 25-26. Attached please find the finalised league structure for all divisions.

3 Team Fees

1. Fees for 2025-2026 Season

Team Registration Fee:

HK$750 per team

(i)Annual Affiliation Fee:

(ii) Annual Administration Fee:

HK$750 per club

HK$20,500 per team for Premier

HK$13,500 per team for 1st Division

HK$10,250 per team for 2nd and 3rd Divisions

HK$9,000 per team for 4th, 5th and 6th Divisions

*Please settle (A) and (B) payment SEPARATELY due to LCSD requirements.

Example on Calculating the Total Fees

If there are 2 teams (play in 2nd Division and 6th Division) under the Club X, the payment of Club X will be as below:

Payment (A): HK$750 team registration fee x 2 teams = HK$1,500 as the 1^st payment

Payment (B): HK$750 affiliation fee per club + Administration Fee for two teams (HK$10,250 + HK$9,000) = HK$20,000

Hence, HK$1,500 should be shown on the 1^st receipt and HK$20,000 should be shown on the 2^nd receipt.

3.3 Payment Methods

*Cheques to be made payable to "Hockey Hong Kong, China" or transfer payment to HSBC 658-117635-838 (Hockey Hong Kong, China).

Please attach either the image the bank-in slip in case of transfer via ATM or the screenshot of the confirmation of the online transfer (payment is deem as unsuccessful in absence of receipt) and email to roychan@hockey.org.hk. Payments have to be submitted no later than 5pm, 25 August 2025 (Monday), otherwise your team entry will not be accepted.

Convenors Meeting

The convenor’s meeting for the season will be held at King’s Park Conference Room on 28 August 2025 at 7:30pm.

Details of the changes in Competition bye-law will be explained in the meeting.

Your attendance to the meeting is highly recommended.
