Dear Convenors, 

Thank you all for your review and comments on the fixtures.  There have been some changes processed from the draft version.  Please also note that the league structure has been updated from that communicated at the Convenors meeting and in the draft fixtures – following an appeal to the Council on the application of the promotion and relegation guidelines, Elite A will remain in Division1 and Skyers will remain in Division 2.  We have tried to minimise the disruption on other teams of this late change.

Please note that all future change requests must be subject to Bye Law 11.9 and 11.10 – requests must be accompanied by the admin levy as specified in the first schedule.

Umpire appointments and duties have been added accordingly.

Premier A and Premier B outstanding fixtures will be completed and circulated in December on the completion of R1.  Please note that the fixtures for PA and PB (aside from Bauhinia A and Masters A) are placeholders – the nomenclature in the attached document may not reflect the exact playing order – final fixtures will reflect suitable pitch locations and running order of matches depending on the final placings of teams.

Similarly the seedings for the Knockout Tournament will be concluded after R1 for all divisions and the drawing will be completed, and fixtures circulated shortly after.

The fixtures will be uploaded to the website early next week.
