Dear Convenors,

HockeyHKWS would like to remind clubs that Core/Non-Core submissions will need to be provided to the committee for review prior to the start of season.  To simplify the player movement and core/non-Core rules, we have further updated the player movement rules for the coming season.  These will be written into the Byelaws.

The updated player movement rules have been attached WL2025-26 - Core & Non-core and player movement rules for your consideration prior to submission.

Please provide your Core/ Non-Core player lists by noon Monday 8th September in the format attached Core & Non-Core Player Designations 2025-26.  The committee will endeavour to review all lists and provide comments within 48 hours to ensure clarity before the first weekend of the season.
