Dear Convenors,

Please be informed that the Competition Bye-Laws have been revised. The changes are highlighted in the attached document for your reference.

Key Changes
1. Section 6.2 and 6.5
Updates to VP rules have been made in response to club concerns regarding safety, fairness, and the support of local development.

2. Section 7
Core/Non-core rules have been implemented as previously circulated.

3. New Section 8
A new Team Alliance section has been introduced to assist single-team clubs experiencing temporary player shortages.

4. Section 15.1
Supplementary details have been added to support the use of electronic match cards.

Additional Updates
Minor updates have also been made to tidy up the bye-laws and reflect current practices and language.
