HockeyHKWS 25-26 Circular No. 11 - Team Alliance for the WS Winter League 25/26

Dear Convenors,

The following single team clubs have applied for a team alliance for the WS Winter League 25/26, and their applications have been approved by the committee:

Coyotez (Prem) - Ewis (D1)

Dutch (D1) - Skyers (D2)

Aquila (D2) - Solo (D4)

Players within a team alliance will be permitted to double up (play two matches on the same day), following the principles outlined in the Core/Non-core byelaws. Please note that Premier players will not be permitted to play down.

Important Reminders:

Player Registration: All eligible players must be registered on the electronic match cards. Captains of alliance teams are responsible for double-checking and confirming that all players are properly registered. Players not listed in the system will not be eligible to play.

Uniforms: Players playing on the same team must wear the same uniform. Shirt numbers must be clearly displayed on the back and correspond to the match card.

Match Card Remarks: Any team alliance players must be noted in the remarks section of the match card. Umpires and opponents must be informed of alliance players before each match.

No new team alliances will be approved after the start of the league.
