Dear Club Convenors, Coaches and Umpires,
Hockey Hong Kong, China is pleased to announce that Hong Kong will host the 14th Hong Kong Quadrangular Hockey Tournament and 9th Women’s Hockey Invitational Tournament from 6-8 March 2026.
There will be total 6 oversea teams and 2 Hong Kong teams participate in the tournaments. HockeyHK would like to invite the hockey community to join the voluntary workforce:
i. Liaison Officers (LOs) 6 people – age of 18 year-old or above
Duties:
- To provide support to visiting teams
- To escort the visiting teams on arrival at the airport/ pick up point;
- To accompany and assist visiting teams for hotel check in;
- To escort visiting teams to and from hockey ground for training or matches;
- To provide general information and responsible for communication between HockeyHK and teams.
**LOs are required to pick up teams/ officials on their arrival on 4 / 5 March 2026 and escort them to the departure hall on their departure on 8 / 9 March 2026 depending on the final travel schedule. Pickup venue and time of oversea teams will be advised once the travel details available.
Allowance based on LCSD rate of $82/hour and travelling allowance (reimbursable) will be offered.
ii. Hockey Ground Operation
Four hockey matches are expected to be played on a day.

Arrival time of workforce will be 1.5 hour in advance before the first match starts on 1st day and 1 hour in advance on the 2nd and 3rd day.
Following workforce will be needed:
a) MC - 1 person – (Capable in English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking is preferred.) For matches and prize presentation announcement.
Allowance based on LCSD rate of $82/hour will be offered;
b) Ball boys and ball girls – one ball boy team and one ball girl team - 6 to 8 people as a team per match. Each team to be responsible to cover at least two (2) matches per match day is preferred.
Allowance based on LCSD rate of $82/hour will be offered; and
c) Helpers for General Duty – 4-5 people per match day.
Allowance based on LCSD rate of $82/hour will be offered.
