(Supplementary Information) HKHAWS 18-19 Circular No. 29 - Annual General Meeting 2018-2019
Dear Convenor,
Ahead of the upcoming Women's section AGM on Monday 17th I wanted to send a reminder that we will be starting at 7.30pm in KP conference room and also attach the following reports that will be read at the meeting:
- Minutes of 2017/18 AGM;
- Chairwoman's Report;
- Grounds and fixtures Report: and
- Umpiring Report.
As we are trying to be more environmentally friendly, limited copies of the these reports will be available at the meeting. Please read online or bring your own copy. We will provide at the AGM itself the Financial Report.
I would also like remind clubs that the entitlement to vote at the AGM may be withdrawn if they have not settled all the outstanding fines and debts with the HKHAWS.
