HKHAMS 21-22 Circular No. 11 - Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament 2021 on 5 Dec 2021

Dear Convenors,

Men's Section is pleased to invite your clubs to participate at the Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament 2021, sponsored by the Sikh Temple (Khalsa Diwan), which will be held on Sunday, 5 December 2021 at Club de Recreio and King's Park Hockey Ground from 10am onwards (depending on the numbers of teams entered). The details of winner prize will be announced later.

All clubs affiliated to the HKHAMS are invited to participate and each Club may enter a maximum of 2 teams. The entry fee for each team is $300 and will be forfeited if any team withdraws after the draws are made.

To make tournament more competitive, clubs with teams in Premier Division and First Division will enter their first team into Cup competition and their second team, if applicable, into the Plate competition.

Clubs interested in participating in this 9-a-side Hockey Tournament, please confirm the enrollment of your team by providing team name via email to the HKHA office before 5pm Thursday, 18 November 2021.
 
All Clubs are requested to confirm their enrollment and settle payment on or before submission deadline. Otherwise, their applications will not be considered.

*Cheques to be made payable to "The Hong Kong Hockey Association" or transfer payment to HSBC 658-117635-838 (The Hong Kong Hockey Association).
Please attach either the image the bank-in slip in case of transfer via ATM or the screenshot of the confirmation of the online transfer (payment is deem as unsuccessful in absence of receipt) and email to nicolechan@hockey.org.hk.
 
Clubs will be notified of the fixtures after the entries have been finalized.
