Dear Club Convenors,

Please be informed that the Veterans League 2021-2022 starts from Friday, 22 October 2021.

The team annual registration fee for each confirmed team is HK$5,000 in this Veterans League 21/22 season.

*Cheques to be made payable to “The Hong Kong Hockey Association” or transfer payment to HSBC 658-117668-838 (The Hong Kong Hockey Association). Please attach either the image of the bank-in slip in case of transfer via ATM/Bank Counter or the screenshot of the confirmation of the online transfer (payment is deem as unsuccessful in absence of receipt or inappropriate fees) and email to nicolechan@hockey.org.hk on or before Wednesday, 24 November 2021.

Player Registration

The player registration for the Veterans League 21/22 is started on Wednesday, 17 November 2021. Clubs please access the Veterans’ League club account for activating the player in system.

For new players, please complete the attached New Player Registration Form and provide the ID copy via email.

Please inform players to complete the player declaration form (see attached) of each club via Google (Players MUST complete the form for the Veterans League 21/22) no later than noon on Wednesday, 24 November 2021.
