HockeyHKWS 23-24 Circular No. 18 - Women's 5-a-side Tournament Rules and Fixtures

Dear Saturday Teams,                                                                                                                                             8 January 2024

We are excited to announce the upcoming Women's 5-a-side Tournament schedule as follows:

13th January 2024:

- Premier Division from 14:30 to 17:30 (HV1)

- Division 2 from 14:00 to 17:00 (HV2)

- Division 4 from 17:00 to 20:00 (HV2)

20th January 2024:

- Division 1 from 14:30 to 17:30 (HV1)

- Division 3 from 14:00 to 17:00 (HV2)

For your reference, please find attached the FIH Rules of Hockey 5s and the tournament fixtures. The tournament will adhere to the attached (1 Dec 2022) FIH Rules of Hockey 5s, with the exception of the time period.

To ensure a smooth registration process, it is mandatory for each team to send a representative to the hockey pitch 30 minutes prior to the start of the your division’s slot. The representative will need to complete the registration form and present the HockeyHK registered team list, accompanied by colour photos. Additionally, there will be an umpire briefing 30 minutes prior as well for the registered umpires.

As per the FIH rules, it is essential for every team to have a goalkeeper present during the matches. Also, please note that a maximum of 10 people can be registered per team.

Please ensure that each team brings two playing kits in case of colour clashes.
