HockeyHKMS 23-24 Circular No. 29- Special arrangement for weekday games

Dear Convenors,

The MS committee received comments from clubs that many teams are struggling to form a team during weekday games. After discussion, MS committee decided to relax Competition Bye-law 7.2 for weekday games, i.e. players from lower ranked team play for a higher ranked team during weekday games will not be counted to the three matches as stated in Competition Bye-law 7.2.

MS committee hopes the relaxation of the Competition Bye-law can help teams on weekday games and reduce the number of walkover for the remaining season.
