Recruitment of Trainer for Women’s Squad
Hockey Hong Kong, China is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Trainer for the women’s squad.
The trainer’s main duties include:
1. Assist head coach Pholo Tsoanelo in drill execution;
2. Any other relevant duties as determined by HockeyHK or the head coach whenever necessary.
We invite applicants who can demonstrate the following:
1. Personality and people management’s skills to inspire excellence individually and as a team
2. Excellent communicator with all stakeholders
3. Expertise in any particular area of the game / position
4. Experience in session planning and execution
5. Holders of FIH Coaching Certificates (FIH Level 1 or higher)
The junior squad trainer’s main duties include:
1. Assist head coach Pholo Tsoanelo in drill execution (training is on Mondays and Fridays from 16:30 - 18:00, there will be further training added when necessary;
2. Any other relevant duties as determined by HockeyHK or the head coach whenever necessary.
We invite applicants who can demonstrate the following:
1. Personality and people management’s skills to inspire excellence individually and as a team
2. Excellent communicator with all stakeholders
3. Expertise in any particular area of the game / position
4. Experience in session planning and execution
5. Holders of FIH Coaching Certificates (FIH Level 1 or higher)
Applicants should be comfortable in coaching elite teams with local and multi-cultural backgrounds. The initial term of appointment will be a contract for one year. There is scope for the role to be extended. This role will be remunerated.
