HockeyHKWS 24-25 Circular No. 35 - 2025/26 Winter League Planning
Dear Convenors,
In preparation for the 2025/26 winter league season, the WS would like to gather information around Clubs’ planned structures for next season.
This information will help plan the leagues as well as to enable the committee to prepare fixtures well in advance of the start of season. This should, in turn, facilitate Clubs’ planning for pre-season and the season ahead.
The tentative start date for the winter league season will be September 13th, 2025. HockeyHKWS will support in organisation of pre-season friendlies on 6th September 2025 as required – this will be communicated in due course.
The WS will ask that player registrations will be completed by 1st September 2025. Further instructions on player registration, team selection and core/non-core designation will be communicated at the convenors meeting to aid your pre-season process.
