HKHAWS 14-15 Circular No.4 - 11-a-side Tournament

Dear Convenor,

Please see below the dates of 11-aside tournament for each division:

Premier Division: 13/12 HKFC 14:00 - 20:00

Division 1: 20/9 HV1 & HV2 14:00 - 17:00

Division 2: 20/9 HV1 & HV2 17:00 - 20:00

Division 3: 27/9 HV1 & HV2 14:00 - 17:00

Division 4: 20/9 KP & CDR 14:00 - 17:00

Division 5: 27/9 HV1 & HV2 17:00 - 20:00

In order to spend less time on waiting, two games will be played simultaneously on two nearby pitches for teams in Divisions 1-5.

All clubs are AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED in the 11-aside tournament. Please note that the following rules apply:

(a) All teams (except HKHA teams) are automatically entered into this Tournament. Teams may notify their withdrawal from this Tournament to HKHA Women's Section Committee no later than 15 days before the start of the tournament.

(b) The Committee has set the fine at $1,000 for any offence of late withdrawal. Fines will be paid one month from the date of notice of the offence given to the offending team by the Committee. Failure to pay within one month may incur additional fines as decided at the decision of the Committee.
