One-on-one penalty shoot-out rules

Enclosed please find the fixtures and Rules for Guru Nanak Hockey Tournament.

A briefing will be given to all team captains (Men's) at 10:30am near the Technical table at HV Ground (for Pool 1 and 2 of Cup competition Pool 2 of Plate competition) and the technical bench at HKFC (for Pool 1 of Plate Competition).
All team captains are reminded to get their team ready to start the match on time. If a team could not provide a minimum number of 7 players at the start time of the scheduled time, the opponents will be awarded a walkover.
In other words, no 5 minutes grace period will be given.
Players from Premier Division teams cannot play in Plate Competition. The first and second ranked teams of each group will enter the semi-finals for the Cup and Plate competitions respectively. All matches at the preliminary stage will be 15 minutes straight. Semi-final and final matches will be 10 minutes each half with a 2 minutes break.
Please inform your team captains and players of the amendments.
