Dear Club Convenors,

Please kindly find attached updated league and cup games fixtures for May 2016 for your record.  For your information, league matches will be played in between cup games. Fixtures will be updated shortly after the completion of each knockout stage.  Kindly remind the captains to submit the match card copies right after the game finished and alert your players on the possible cup match schedule which is subject to their teams' results. 

BE REMINDED:

According to MS Competition Bye-laws 10.8: 

...In case there are two or more teams competing for promotion or relegations have the equal number of points, the teams will play one extra match against each other to determine the final placing. If this is not deemed necessary by the Committee, the teams will be considered to have tied...

All the playoff matches in the season for this purpose will be played at KP on May 22, 2016. Penalty shoot-out will be conducted to determine the final winner if the matches are drawn at the full time. Official umpires will be appointed by HKHA for all playoff matches. The fixtures will be sent to all teams involved once their final standings are confirmed.

Please alert your teams which may potentially enter into the playoff matches.

Kindly always remind your team captains, umpires and all interested parties to check the latest fixtures for the most up-to-date game information in website.  The latest fixtures can be found in HKHA website (i.e. http://www.hockey.org.hk/MenFixture.asp ).
