Re: HKHA (WS) Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Monday 20th June, 2016
You are hereby formally notified in accordance with Bye-law No. 11 that the Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong Hockey Association Women's Section will take place on the following:-
Date: Monday June 2016
Time: 7:30pm
Venue: King's Park Hockey Ground Conference Room
Address: 1/F Administration Block, 6 Wylie Road, King's Park Hockey Ground, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Please find attached a copy of the following documents:-
1. AGM Agenda
2. Nomination Form for Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members for 16-17
3. Attendance Form for each affiliated Club or Association nominating 3 representatives for voting purposes in accordance with Bye-Law No. 12. If posts are contested then we will be voting for office-bearers for next year's committee.
Please complete the enclosed Nomination Form and return by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 15th June 2016 if you would like to nominate any players for a committee position. Any nominations received after this time will not be accepted. If positions remain unfulfilled, we will accept nominations from the floor at the AGM. I urge you and your players to consider taking a role on the Women's Section committee and help run Women's Hockey in Hong Kong. Please note that committee members are expected to attend monthly meetings and the specific duties of each role are available on request.
For voting on any matters, each club may have 3 representatives of which 1 may vote on behalf of the Club. Please complete the attached voter registration form for your club or association and return it to the King's Park Office (hkhaws@hockey.org.hk) by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 15th June, 2016.
