HKHAWS 15-16 Circular No. 29 - Invitation to Register

Dear Convenor,
After much discussion into the effects of the renovation of Happy Valley 1 and 2, the Women's Section committee has decided the following:
1) The proposed divisions are attached. These will be finalised once clubs have confirmed the number of teams they are entering. No new teams will be allowed to enter the league for the 2016-17 season.
2) We will play 2 rounds and shorten the length of the Knockout Cups. There will be more midweek games and no No Play dates. If a division has 6 teams in it, we will try to include 3 rounds but will review this as the season progresses.
3) We will maintain the format of this year's Premier division, with the top 2 Division 1 teams joining after round 1, and the Premier splitting into Premier A and B.
4) The tentative start date for the season is Saturday 3rd September.
Please also find attached the official letter of invitation for the HKHAWS Winter League 2016/17. Team registrations are due on 30th June, with the convenor's meeting being held on 15th August.
