Dear Convenor,
The committee are looking ahead to next season and we would value your opinion on some initiatives that we introduced this season and some ideas we have been discussing for next season. These are just ideas at the moment so may not be implemented but we would appreciate your feedback to aid our discussions. I attach a questionnaire for you to fill out and we would like to hear from all clubs by Wednesday 19th April.
