The Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Hockey Association Promotion & Development Section 2016 – 2017 will be held on Wednesday, 7th June, 2017 at the King’s Park Conference Room from 7:00-8:00pm.
Please find attached a copy of the following documents:-
1. AGM Agenda
2. Nomination Form for Election of Committee Members for 17-18
3. Attendance Form for each affiliated Club nominating 3 representatives for voting purposes
4. Club Affiliation Form
Nominations are invited for the following posts:
(For a term of two (2) years):
Chairman
Honorary Secretary
Honorary Treasurer
(For a term of one (1) year):
Committee Members (4 posts)
Valid nominations must be proposed and seconded by two (2) authorized officials of different Affiliated Clubs as stipulated in the current P&D Bye-Laws. Affiliated Clubs may submit up to three (3) names as representatives who may attend the AGM, but only one shall be authorized to vote. The convenors of Affiliated Clubs may submit to the Hon. Secretary of HKHA P&D with notice of any other business to be considered at the AGM.
The affiliation form and fee deposit must be completed as stipulated in the current P&D Bye-Laws 3.1.
All forms and deposits mentioned above must be received by the HKHA Office no later than 5:00pm on 31st May, 2017 (Wednesday).
Affiliated Clubs are reminded that the entitlement of vote at the AGM shall be withdrawn if they have not settled the affiliation fee by 5:00pm on 31st May, 2017 (Wednesday).
