As a consequence of the Council’s ruling on the appeal against the result of the election held in Promotion & Development Section AGM dated 7 June 2017, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of P&D Section will be held on Thursday, 20th July 2017 at the King’s Park Conference Room commencing 7:00pm.
Please find attached copies of the following documents:-

Affiliated Clubs may submit up to three (3) names of representatives who may attend the EGM, but only one shall be authorized to vote.
The Attendance Form shall be received by the HKHA Office by 5:00 pm on 13th July 2017 (Thursday).
