Tony NG resigned from the post of Hon. Secretary at the 1st HKHAMS Committee meeting on 10 July 2017. To be consistent with HKHAMS General Bye-Law 5.2, the remaining members of the HKHAMS Committee elected at the AGM decided to fill the casual vacancy of Hon. Secretary in accordance with MS General Bye-laws 5.6 on condition that the new incumbent would have no voting rights, having not been elected at the AGM. On that basis, the Committee appointed Richard MAK to fill the role of Hon. Secretary.
