HKHAWS 16-17 Circular No. 30 - Winter League 2017-2018 - Circular on Registration

Dear Convenors, 

Thank you for your efforts during the 2016-17 Winter League. There are a couple of issues that I would like to flag before the start of the 2017-18 Winter League. 

1. Club Registration

In an effort to determine how many teams we are dealing with, and to assist the HKHAWS develop the league and divisional structure early, we ask for all clubs to advise us how many teams they plan to enter in the Winter League on or before Wednesday, 17 May 2017. Note that the official Invitation to Register will be sent out in early June.

 2. Kit Design & Colours

In an effort to lessen the number of clashes in kit colours and to standardise the way that teams look on the pitch. ALL clubs are required to submit the design for their playing kit for the 2017-18 Winter League on or before the AGM on Monday, 19 June for HKHAWS Committee approval. This applies whether or not you have changes to the design or colours of your uniform.
