HKHAMS 17-18 Circular No. 7 - Chairman's Fair Play Award
The Chairman’s Fair Play Award and Seeding for the Holland Cup
Dear All,
It was resolved by the HKHAMS Committee to introduce the Chairman’s Fair Play Award for the 2017/18 season for the Premier Division league season. Teams will be given penalty points per game based on the cards received by their players. The Premier Division team with the least penalty points will become the top seeded team and receive a bye to the Quarter-Finals of the Holland Cup. This team will also receive a cash prize of HK$8,000.
The penalty points awarded for red, yellow and green cards will be as follows:-
Red Cards: 10 penalty points
Yellow Cards: 5 penalty points
Green Cards: 1 penalty point.
Since the winner of the Fair Play Award shall receive top seeding in the Holland Cup, it was also resolved by the HKHAMS Committee that the Holland Cup shall be a seeded draw this year, based on Premier Division league standings at the end of the league season. The draw will be as follows:-

The No.1 seed will be the Fair Play Award winner and then the seeding will follow in accordance with league rankings.
