Dear Convenors,
Please find attached the Player Registration Form and Re-Registration Form for 2018-19 season. Players will be required to be registered before they play their first match, including any overseas player registrations. In order to ensure that details of registered players could be recorded and shown correctly on their respective team lists in time, please take action to upload player details together with their passport size photos onto the HKHAWS player database by 5pm on 24 August 2018. Completed re-registration form should also be sent to jowiewong@hockey.org.hk, janicechan@hockey.org.hk & bonnieyeung@hockey.org.hk before the specified submission deadline.
Kit Design : if you have not already, please send your final kit designs to jowiewong@hockey.org.hk, janicechan@hockey.org.hk & bonnieyeung@hockey.org.hk for approval on or before 10 August 2018. Please include images of the front and back of the original and the alternative kit (including skirt or shorts) and both pairs of socks.
A reminder on sponsorship logo: Should your club have received sponsorship and wish to display logos on your playing kit, please submit the design to the HKHAWS for approval ASAP. Please ensure that the size of any logos appearing meet the requirements of the HKHAWS, otherwise it may not be approved. Please refer to the Bye-law as issued by the HKHA Council (as per FIH guidelines) for your reference.
I look forward to seeing you all at the Convenors’ meeting on Thursday, 9 August 2018. It is important that you (or a representative) attend this meeting as non-attendance may mean that you miss pertinent information for the upcoming season.
