Dear all,
P&D Section will organize the Boy’s & Girl’s Youth League (11-a-side) starting from November 2018 to May 2019. Total no. of rounds will be subject to no. of teams submitted.
If your club is interested in joining the League, please complete the attached Club Registration Form with Entry Fee: $1,500 per team (It should be made payable to "The Hong Kong Hockey Association") and submit to the HKHA on or before 17:00 on Friday 19th October 2018. Player Registration Forms or Player Re-registration Form must also be submitted on or before 17:00 on Friday 26th October 2018.
