Invitation for provision of Marketing and Promotion Services for HockeyHK 2025-26

Hockey Hong Kong, China (HockeyHK) is inviting vendor or individual to submit proposal for the provision of short-term marketing and promotion services.
📅 Service Period: 1 September 2025 – 31 July 2026 (11 months)
💰 Total Budget: $137,500
Scope of Services:
1. Manage HockeyHK's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Threads), including the design and publishing of posts and dynamic contents consistently, with increased frequency during events:
- Average 2 original social media posts per week on each platform
- At least 2 Instagram Reels per month
- At least 1 post per week on Threads
- A minimum of 30 Stories per month, especially around match days, highlights, and community engagement
- At least 1 post per day during local or international events
2. Capture professional photos of athletes, document matches and events through photography and videography, and handle editing and post-production.
3. Ensure all contents align with event themes and brand requirements.
4. Develop and execute a content calendar based on audience engagement analytics and platform-specific demographics to enhance social media engagement and strengthen the association’s brand image.
5. Provide detailed quarterly performance reports and an annual consolidated report, covering content metrics, audience growth, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications of Service Providers:
✔️ Proven experience in social media management or content creation (experience in sports-related projects is an advantage).
✔️ Proficiency in sports-related photography and videography, with the ability to independently handle post-production editing.
✔️ Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other relevant software).
✔️ Creative, responsible, and a strong team player with a passion for hockey or other sports.
