(D1-D5 Fixtures) HKHAWS 14-15 Circular No.4 - 11-a-side Tournament

Dear Convenor,
Please find attached the fixtures and entry list for 11-a-side Tournament (D1-D5). Please refer to Byelaws 16.11-16.22 for tournament rules (attached for reference, also available on HKHA website).
Please make sure all teams arrive on time and remember that each team must provide umpire as stated on fixtures.
D4 teams: Games will be held in Club de Recreio. Please strictly observe the rules of the club:
1) No football boots are allowed on the pitch
2) No changing outside , can use the changing room but not the showers
3) No bringing in foods or drinks , we will supply water for them. If they wishes to buy drinks ,
they can purchase coupons at the bar for it.
4) No talking on their mobile phone inside the clubhouse.
5) Not allowed to use the dining room.
Any teams/players who do not compromise with the club rules will be ask to leave at once.
All the teams ( players , equipments , personal items ) and their supporters needs to be station on the left side of the pitch facing YMCA. Also bear in mind that CDR pitch might be closed if it is raining on that day so please call the clubhouse at 2388 8905 and ask CDR staff for confirmation around one and a half hours before the match time.
